📦 Condition Before Sending

Preparation: All items are professionally prepared, inspected, and steam ironed immediately before being posted to you.
🧼 Care Instructions
Please observe the following strict rules regarding cleaning and maintenance:

DO NOT Wash: You are strictly prohibited from washing, dry-cleaning, or treating the garment in any way. We manage all specialized cleaning upon return.

DO NOT Iron or Steam: Please do not iron or use a steamer on the item. If you notice minor wrinkles from transit, we recommend hanging the item in a steamy bathroom for a short period, but avoid direct heat application.
⚠️ During Use

Avoid Stains: Be mindful of food, drink, mud, and makeup, as excessive staining may lead to the forfeiture of your security deposit (refer to the Rental Terms).

Handle with Care: Treat the item as if it were your own valuable property. Avoid snagging the fabric on sharp objects or rough surfaces.
📤 Returning the Item

Return as Is: Simply place the item back into the provided packaging and return it by the agreed-upon date. We will handle all the post-rental cleaning and inspection.
